Created by Huntsville Hospital, the area leader in health, wellness and injury prevention, SportsMax training is safe, effective and affordable.
Our licensed athletic trainers and strength & conditioning specialists prepare sport-specific drills and closely monitor athletic progress.
SportsMax is available for custom team needs at area schools or for groups of students at any of the three Huntsville Hospital Wellness Centers.
Strength, speed and agility training is offered year-round. During the appropriate season, camps are held for football, basketball, soccer, baseball and volleyball.
