FitWeigh
FitWeigh is an 10-week program of healthy eating combined with exercise for a more healthful weight loss plan. It is taught by a Registered Dietitian and an Exercise Physiologist.
Participants attend classes once a week and learn to plan well-balanced, low fat meals they can live with. Classes include information on fast food, label reading, cholesterol levels, eating out, emotional eating, cravings and many more topics. Lifestyle changes and a healthy weight are the goals. Many are continuing to lose weight and live more healthful lives.
Classes are limited to approximately 20 participants.

- Turn in at front desk.
- Payment due upon registration.
- Schedule 1 hour appointment for fitness assessment and exercise plan.
- Wear gym clothes!

- Pick-up form at front desk
- 12 hour fast required
Schedule 15 minute post-assessment evaluation 2 weeks before class ends.
