2010 Annual Perinatal Conference
Breastfeeding: It’s Not Rocket Science! Thursday, September 30, 2010, 6- 8:45 p.m. / Friday, October 1, 2010, 7:15 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
This year the annual Perinatal Conference will have a slightly different format than we have presented the past 10 years. Noted breastfeeding expert, Glenda Dickerson, IBCLC, will be our featured speaker beginning with a “coffee and dessert” two-hour presentation on Thursday evening. She will also present several topics on Friday. In addition, several break out sessions will be offered on clinical topics related to L&D and NICU. Dr. Wayne Laney, Julie Patton, RN, IBCLC, and Ginger Mason, MS, CCC-SLP, will present Infant Feeding and Digestion: Common Problems and Solutions using case studies from our Outpatient Speech Pathology Department.
